After we told then what brand of paint we wanted, they spelled out what they would do from prep work to cleanup ... and they followed through. Whenever we had a concern - and there weren't many; they double-checked their own work - they addressed it immediately. They showed up when they said they would and worked straight through, putting in a full day's work; no leaving our jobsite to take care of someone else. Made us feel like that they truly appreciated our business. They put in the extra time when all the painting was done to sweep and clean up - even removing all the pine needles from our roof! - leaving the house and yard in better condition than they found it. Most importantly! The house looks better than it has in years. We're extremely pleased.
